At El’s Bridging, I help individuals make sense of their inner worlds so they can create more meaningful relationships—with themselves and others. As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and current doctoral candidate in Clinical Psychology, I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, identity issues, relationship conflicts, and unresolved trauma.
My work is grounded in psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral frameworks. I believe that early relational experiences shape how we show up in the world—and that understanding those patterns is key to healing. I integrate psychodynamic insight with the practical tools of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), helping clients explore the unconscious while learning strategies to shift core beliefs, behaviors, and emotions in the present.
Meet The Founder

I created El’s Bridging to serve as more than a private practice—it’s a space for culturally informed, emotionally attuned therapy rooted in safety, connection, and growth. My approach is especially supportive for Black men and women who are breaking cycles, confronting cultural stigmas, and learning how to prioritize their mental health.
Whether you're wrestling with self-doubt, navigating major life transitions, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, I’m here to walk with you. Healing isn’t always easy—but it starts with being seen, heard, and understood. Let’s start there.
